GENERAL INFORMATION

After we have confirmed that you are selected to rehome a puppy, you must pay a $500 deposit and the remaining balance must be paid in FULL upon delivery/pickup.

We will deliver all puppies free of charge around the expected ready date and when it is safe. If a puppy becomes sick, we will have our veterinarian evaluate it so that we can ensure we can deliver a healthy puppy! Please understand this may impact the expected delivery time.

The contract backs a One-Year Health Guaranteed policy, which means that up to one year from the date of birth, we will reimburse you for any illnesses. However, you must abide by the responsible ownership clause. The contract provides more details.

We are in the Washington, DC metro area, so if you would like to pick up and/or meet somewhere we can accommodate this option. All other areas in the United States will incur a $150 delivery charge. We do not deliver outside the United States at this time. You may also elect to fly into Washington, DC metro area to pick up your puppy, we'll meet you at the three airports in the area (DCA, BWI, IAD).

We accept cash only upon pickup/delivery if paying in full. The $500 deposit can be paid via money transfer apps (zelle, cashapp) or credit/debit card. If paying deposit via debit/credit, we will add a 3.5% processing fee. The deposit is non-refundable after you have received the puppy or you have failed to sign contracts before receiving the puppy.

We do offer a limited three-month payment plan with a signed stipulated payment agreement, a recurring debit/credit card authorization form, valid government-issued identification, and a copy of a utility bill. However, if we are delivering the puppy to the address listed on the ID, we will waive the requirement for the utility bill. We will add a 5% fee to every payment as we assume the risk of outstanding payments, credit card charges/bank transfers, and chargebacks.

The contract must be signed before the full purchase of the puppy. You will have a chance to review the contract before paying the deposit upon request. Our contract backs a refund less the non-refundable deposit within 72 hours for any reason after you have received the puppy.
